The 8-week Built Grit Challenge will focus on 2 things:
Through daily workouts, personalized nutrition plans, accountability, educational resources, and tips to kickstart a healthier you, you will inevitably improve your strength, endurance, and important health markers.
With weekly guided meditations by me, stress and time management techniques, journal prompts, and community zoom calls, you are going to feel more grounded, calm, and supported through life's obstacles.
